Refund Policy

1. Return period
   Customers can return ordered products within 14 calendar days from the order date, without paying return fees.

2. Conditions for accepting returns
   The return is only accepted if the product:

• is in original, unused condition;

• is returned with the original box and packaging;

• includes all accessories and delivered documents (warranty, manual, labels, etc.).

1. Return procedure

• To initiate the return, contact us at mmbusinessinfinity@gmail.com or 0775 119 024, mentioning the order number and the reason for the return.

• We will send you shipping instructions and the return address.

• The return will be made by an approved courier; the return cost is borne by Steel Mark if the return is made within 14 days and complies with the above conditions.

1. Refund of the amount

• After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

• The refund is made in the same payment method used for the order, unless the parties agree otherwise.

1. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

• If you receive a defective or different product than ordered, contact us immediately at mmbusinessinfinity@gmail.com or 0775 119 024, providing photos and details. We will resolve by replacement, repair or refund at no cost to the customer.

1. Exceptions

• Products that show signs of use, damage or are missing the original packaging (box, accessories, labels) may be refused for return.

• Personalized or custom-made products may be exempt from the right of return, if otherwise specified in the product description.
