  2. Scope
    This policy regulates the delivery of products ordered through the Steel Mark website to customers in Romania.

  3. Courier and geographical coverage
    We deliver via DPD and Sameday within Romania. International deliveries are not available through this channel.

  4. Processing and delivery time

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (payment verification, package preparation).

  • DPD delivery time: 1–3 business days from the moment the package is handed over to the courier, depending on the destination.

  • Promotional periods or high volumes may extend the total time; in this case we inform the customer by email or phone.

  1. Delivery costs

  • The shipping cost is displayed at checkout and may vary depending on weight/volume or promotions.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders reaching set thresholds (if there are active offers, they will be communicated separately).

  1. Handover and signing

  • Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer. The courier may request the signature of the recipient or an authorized person.

  • Check the package in the presence of the courier for any damage; if any damage is found, mention this fact on the receipt and contact Steel Mark immediately by email or phone.

  1. Returned package / undeliverable

  • If delivery cannot be made (incorrect address, absent customer, refusal to receive), the package may be returned to the sender according to DPD and Sameday policy. Return or reshipment costs may be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error belongs to Steel Mark.

  • We will contact the customer to arrange reshipment or refund after receiving the returned package.

  1. Order tracking

  • After handing over the package to DPD and Sameday, the customer will receive via email/SMS (if available) a tracking code and link to monitor the delivery status.

  1. Delivery of defective products or incomplete orders

  • For defective, missing or incorrectly delivered products, please contact us immediately at mmbusinessinfinity@gmail.com or 0775 119 024, providing your order number and relevant photos. We will investigate and resolve by reshipment, replacement or refund, according to our Return Policy.

  1. Policy changes
    We reserve the right to update this Delivery Policy. The current version will be displayed on the website. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers when possible.
